National Pharmacies are looking for an experienced customer service focused Optical Dispenser to assist our Mount Barker and surrounding community members and customers at our Mount Barker Optical store.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Optical Dispenser, you will deliver high level customer service whilst being informative, and providing personalised, quality optical services in a professional environment. With your previous experience as an Optical Dispenser you will be skilled in assisting our customers with all their eye care solutions from our range of high quality and fashionable products.
In this role, you will:
provide friendly and professional customer service and advice
suggest products that meet customers needs and close the sale
explain how products work & demonstrating how to use products
be able to operate a cash register & EFTPOS Facilities.
manage inventory and ensure displays are merchandised appropriately
be able to work a combination of day, evening and weekend shifts
be flexible to work at different locations
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You will have well developed communication and interpersonal skills, excellent personal and professional presentation, be energetic and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Experience, skills & attributes:
outstanding customer service skills
previous experience in an Optical Dispenser role
cash handling & EFTPOS experience
excellent communication & interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours
willingness to supply or undergo a police check prior to commencement
ideally have a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing, or a willingness to undertake relevant on the job training.
willingness to undergo Core Skills Training Assessment
