About The Role  

We are seeking an experienced Membership Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and customers. You will act as the voice of our members and customers within the organisation, ensuring service levels are being met across all customer touch points.

In This role, You Will Be Accountable For:

• Delivering exceptional and professional service to members
• Maintaining a sound understanding of membership business rules, FSMA Membership Constitution, Privacy regulations and Corporations Act
• Regular tracking and reporting on member and customer enquiries and trends
• Developing and reviewing membership policies and procedures
• Developing and maintaining positive and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Actively providing input to key business units and frontline teams to ensure quality outcomes for members and customers 

About You 

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about our membership offering and the benefits that our members receive. You will demonstrate alignment with our company values of care, communicate, collaborate and celebrate and use these to inform how you deliver exceptional customer service to all of our members, customers and stakeholders. 

You will have well developed communication and interpersonal skills, be thoughtful and organised in your approach, and have the ability to make every customer interaction a positive one.     

Your Experience, Skills & Attributes

• 3+ years of experience in a similar customer experience role   

• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills  

• Customer focused outlook with strong communication and interpersonal skills  

• Ability to effectively handle confidential/sensitive information, issues, or situations.  

•  Ability to create and manage relationships

•  Experience in a membership organisation (advantageous)
