We are currently looking for a Service Manager to join our Port Pirie Pharmacy team. 

As a Service Manager you will be critical to enabling us to fulfil our purpose by:

• Providing extraordinary customer service and consulting with our customers, to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs. 
• Overseeing the successful daily operations of the OTC area of the pharmacy
• Ensuring our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores
• Inspiring and leading the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional customer service for every member and customer, every time

People who excel as National Pharmacies Service Managers consistently demonstrate: 

• Relevant retail and people management experience in Pharmacy
• Motivation of self and ability to guide and lead others
• A positive attitude and the ability to manage and multi-task in this busy role
• Ability to work flexible hours
