We are currently looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Retail Manager to join and lead our Middle Brighton Pharmacy team and oversee the pharmacy operations of the store.

Retail Managers are critical to enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they:

• Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with our customers, to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs
• In conjunction with the Professional Practice Manager, ensure that all appropriate pharmacy legislative requirements are complied with
• Provide leadership across the store to ensure that the established sales and profitability targets and other Key Performance Indicators are met
• Demonstrate passion for our brand and commitment to growing our membership
• Provide leadership to all areas of the pharmacy to ensure the appropriate standards of visual presentation are achieved
