Membership / Customer Service Coordinator
Full Time OR Part-Time - Adelaide CBD

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking an experienced Membership Coordinator to join our team, to be based in our Adelaide CBD Support Office.

 

About the role

  • Deliver excellent customer service to our members and customers
  • Assist our store teams with any member enquiries
  • Assist members over the phone and via email
  • Report on member and customer enquiries and trends
  • Assist, develop and update membership policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Full-time or part-time (job share) opportunity available

We’re looking for someone with strong communication and people skills, who is thoughtful, organised, and always focused on making every customer interaction a positive experience.

 

Your skills, experience and attributes

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar customer experience role   
  • Great at communicating with different people using different channels (phone, email, face-to-face)
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills  
  • Customer focused outlook with strong communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Ability to effectively handle confidential/sensitive information, issues, or situations.  
  •  Ability to create and manage relationships
  •  Experience in a membership organisation (advantageous)
